摘要
成人高校德育工作长期被边缘化已是不争的事实,由此带来的后果可能会很严重。究其原因,既有社会转型期特殊的社会大环境,国内成人高校"知识本位"的思想作怪,也有德育课程设置不合理、德育方法缺乏针对性、德育工作者自身素质有待提高等因素。因此,应当对德育在成人高等教育中的定位有准确认识,并转变育人理念,选择针对成人学员特点的课程内容和德育方法,提升德育师资队伍水平,改变成人德育的困境。
It is an indisputable fact that moral Education colleges have long been marginalized The consequences may be serious. The reasons are as follows: Under the special period of social transformation, the knowledged-based ideology is more acceptable, the curriculum of moral education is not reasonable, teachingl methods are lack of pertinence, and moral educators need to improve their own quality,etc..Therefore, we should accurately understand the orientation of moral education in adult higher education, change the education concept, select the curriculum contents and teaching methods suitable for adult students, improve the level of moral education teachers, and change the dilemma of Adult Moral Education.
