成人高校德育工作长期被边缘化已是不争的事实,由此带来的后果可能会很严重。究其原因,既有社会转型期特殊的社会大环境,国内成人高校"知识本位"的思想作怪,也有德育课程设置不合理、德育方法缺乏针对性、德育工作者自身素质有待提高等因素。因此,应当对德育在成人高等教育中的定位有准确认识,并转变育人理念,选择针对成人学员特点的课程内容和德育方法,提升德育师资队伍水平,改变成人德育的困境。
