国家治理是国家产生以来最重要的现象之一,经济治理作为国家治理在经济领域的延伸和应用,是经济活动与治理关系的反映。本文以创新驱动为视角,认为实现国家经济治理现代化机理的本质是刺激内生增长,内在动力是提高竞争优势,外在动力是转换政府职能。由此,提出实现国家经济治理现代化的几点对策:科技创新,提升国家经济竞争力;制度创新,打破行政区划壁垒;产业结构优化升级,构建现代产业体系;体制机制创新,深化改革。

National governance is one of the most important phenomenon since countries have come into being. Economic governance as national governance＇s extension and application in the field of economy is a reflection of economic activities and management relationship. In this paper, in the perspective of innovation driving force, the essence of modernizing the country＇s economic governance mechanism is to stimulate endogenous growth, intrinsic motivation is to improve the competitive advantage, external power is the conversion of government functions.
