Discussion on the rational use of flood in the small watershed of Fujian coastal area

由于福建省无资料径流系数可查,沿海垦区的洪量计算采用径流系数法和经验公式法推求洪水总量的方法,该方法已在福建外走马埭海堤加固项目中应用。

Because without runoff coefficient to be investigated in the region without the data in Fujian province, so the runoff coefficient method and empirical formula method is used in the coastal reclamation area to calculate flood volume. This method has been used in the Fujian zoumadai seawall reinforcement project.
