摘要
分析该工程与现有防洪标准、有关技术要求和管理要求的适应性,说明该工程对水库运行安全,河道行洪安全及有关建筑物安全的影响,同时分析水库调洪运行时洪水对本工程的影响。分析本工程防御洪水的设防标准与措施是否适当,进而提出防治和补救措施。
The adaptability of this project to the existing flood control standards and related technical and management requirements is analyzed. The influence of engineering to the reservoir operation safety, the safety of river flood and related buildings safety is expounded, and the impact of reservoir flood operation on the project is analyzed. The appropriateness of the project prevention standards and measures to defend the flood is analyzed, and then put forward the prevention and remedial measures.
