对辽河干流暴雨洪水特性进行详细剖析,对上游枢纽工程石佛寺水库设计洪水进行梳理,对石佛寺放流与双台子河闸组合设计流量进行演算、推求,并对辽河口和河闸闸下两个区域潮汐水位进行分析。为今后防汛决策及工程调度提供数据支撑和技术参考。

The characters of Liao River heavy rains flood is detailed analyzed, the design flood of Shifosi Reservoir in the upstream is analyzed too. The design flow of the combination of Shifosi Reservoir and Shuangtaizi dam is calculated, and the water level of tide in the Liao River mouth and under the gate is analyzed, it provides a data support and technical reference for the future flood control decision-making and project scheduling.
