The model of talent cultivation for vocational education in Canada is very famous in the world. It shows the characteristics of all-people participation, government leadership, law- guaranty and school-enterprise cooperation . We can gain much enlightenment from the successful experience on vocational education in Canada. Its successful experience has inspired us to reform the educational concept, optimize the personnel training program, adjust the curriculum, the examination system and the practice plan, and strengthen the employment guidance; improve the legislative support, funding and preferential policies to mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in the practice of education. Meanwhile universities and enterprises ought to be full cooperation and full support to promote the quality of substituted post exercitation.
