摘要
采用高精度多频率生物阻抗分析技术和40s Wingate实验,对20名男大学生跆拳道运动员进行身体成分和无氧代谢的测试。通过分析身体成分和无氧代谢的内在联系,探寻某些潜在的规律性特征。研究发现:男大学生跆拳道一级运动员与二级运动员相比身高、体重、身体质量指数、上肢、躯干肌肉量无显著性差异,但体脂、体脂肪率明显比二级运动员要低,去脂体重、最大、小功率、平均功率、下肢的肌肉量及总肌肉量明显比二级运动员要高;跆拳道运动员身高、上肢及躯干肌肉量与无氧功率无显著相关性,但是体重、去脂体重、下肢肌肉量及总肌肉量与无氧功率呈高度相关性,体脂肪率、体脂肪量与无氧功率呈显著负相关性。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between body composition and anaerobic metabolism of male college students taekwondo athletes by using high-precision multi-frequency bio-impedance analysis and 40 s Wingate. We found that The BF% of male college students taekwondo athletes were higher than that of the elite athletes,but it is at "normally"level. While lean body mass,the highest and lowest rate of work,average rate of work and muscle mass of lower limbs and whole body are higher. There is no relationship between the hight,upper limb body muscle mass and anaerobic power,while the weight,weight without fat,lower limb total muscle mass and anaerobic power are significantly negative related.
