摘要 探索了不同类型国产上浆剂对碳纤维接触角、表面能、耐磨性、表面微观形态等物理特性的影响。结果表明:使用YJ上浆剂的碳纤维的硬挺度、耐磨性比使用FD、HIT的好,使用HIT上浆剂的碳纤维的外观、丝束幅宽比YJ的好。 The influences of domestic sizing agents on the mechanical properties of carbon fiber, such as contact angle, surface energy, wear resistance, surface microstructure, etc were studied. The results indicated that the stiffness, wear resistance of the carbon fiber with YJ sizing agent were better than that of fiber with FD and HIT sizing agent, the surface and the tow width deviation of carbon fiber with HIT sizing agent was better than that of carbon fiber with YJ sizing agent.
