摘要
建立了四氟化硅-甲醇络合物裂解反应器的数学模型,提出了模型的求解方法 ,通过对该模型的模拟计算,分析了裂解反应器操作的影响因素,从设备和操作两方面讨论了优化操作和节省成本的方法,提出了合理的建议。
A pyrolysis reactor model of the silicon tetrafluoride-methanol complex was built and a method for solving the model was put forward. The influence factors of the operation of the pyrolysis reactor were analyzed by simulating the model. The method of optimium operation and save cost was discussed from the aspects of equipment and operation, and some reasonable suggestions are put forward.
