常规塔与隔壁塔联合预处理及其Aspen模拟 被引量:1

摘要 芳烃的传统生产过程具有流程长,循环物流多,原料预处理能耗大,污染严重,产品分布不合理等特点。传统预处理设备具有投资高、能耗大、萃取剂用量多等缺点。本文提出的常规塔-隔壁塔联合预处理既能降低能耗,又能节省投资,是一种清洁且环境友好型的预处理方案。采用裂解汽油和重整汽油两种原料,可以优化产业布局,增强化工产业的整体性和适应性,且可达到BDP反应的最佳反应配比。并在Aspen Plus软件中验证了其有效性。 Traditional aromatic production process has some features, such as long production process flow, lots of cycle logistics, huge energy-consumed pretreatment, serious pollution, unreasonable product configuration and other issues. Conventional pretreatment equipment has unwanted issues, such as high investment, high consump- tion, high extraction agent consumption. The scheme of pretreatment of combined conventional-dividing-wall column that can reduce energy consumption and save the investment, is environment-friendly, quite eligible. The use of py- rolysis gasoline and reformed gasoline can optimize the industrial layout, enhance the integrity of the chemical industry and adaptability and achieve the best reaction ratio of the BDP reaction. It turned out that is was effective by the Aspen Plus.
