在社会主义市场经济条件下,对德育的地位和作用要有一个正确的认识。它不仅仅是从属和适应市场经济的需要,而更应是通过其独特的主导作用,引导人们的思想行为在更高的层次上来服务和推动市场经济的发展的。这在理论上是由德育的本质特征所决定的,在客观上是市场经济的健康全面发展所要求的。在德育所要实现的目标来看,要普遍建立社会主义、共产主义的先进思想体系,树立起我国人民的精神支柱;确立以为人民服务为核心的价值观,建立以集体主义为原则的社会生活新秩序;逐步形成在市场经济活动中彼此信任、合作的基础,为经济发展提供持久、稳定的良好环境等等,都需要摆正德育的位置,发挥其积极的作用。

It is imperative for us to have a correct understanding of the position and function of moral education under socialist economy.Moral education not only is subordinate to market economy and should go with it but also through its peculiar guidanc directs propelling market ecnomy on a higher level.Theoretically,it is defined by the nature ofmoraleducation and objectively it is required by the healthy and all-round development of market economy.The objective of moraleducation is to build up an advanced socialit or communist ideological system as a spiritualbackbone for our people.To establish a value characterized by serving the people.Thus forming a new social order based on collectivism and to lay a mutual-believing and cooperative basis in the market economy.Thus providing a long-term stable and favorable environment for the development of economy enough attention should be paid to the osition of moral education in order to allow a fullactive play to it.
