十味愈痔丸治疗痔病的临床研究

Clinical Research for Shiwei Yuzhi Wan Treating Hemorrhoids

为验证十味愈痔丸口服治疗各种痔病的疗效，将痔病患者400例随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各200例。治疗组采用口服十味愈痔丸治疗，对照组采用口服槐角丸治疗，7d为1个疗程。比较2组治疗第3天和第7天便血、疼痛等症状积分及痔核直径变化。结果显示，治疗组治疗第3天、第7天总有效率分别为6i．0％和82．0％，明显优于对照组的41．5％和62．0％（P〈0．05），症状改善率治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05），痔核直径2组均较治疗前明显缩小，但2组有效率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结果表明，十味愈痔丸治疗痔病疗效确切，症状改善明显，无痛苦，无创伤，无不良反应。

This study was to verify the effect of Shiwei Yuzhi Wan（a Chinese medicine pill） in the treatment of hemorrhoids, randomly divided 400 hemorrhoids patients into treatment group and control group, 200 cases per group;gave this pill to the former,while oral Huaijiao Wan（Sophora Fruit pill） to the latter, both groups all administered for 7 days（as a treatment course） ;then on the 3rd and 7th day took the score on symptoms as hematoehezia, pain, ete, as well measured diameter change of hemorrhoids-core.As results, the effective rate on the 3rd,7th day of the former were significantly higher than that of the latter（61.0% vs 41.5% ,82.0% vs 62.0%, P 〈0.05）;improvement rate of symptoms of the former was superior to the latter（ P〈0.05）;the diameter of core was significantly decreased than before treatment,but there was no statistical difference between two groups （ P 〉 0.05）. Results show that Shiwei Yuzhi Wan has certain effect on hemorrhoids, makes symptoms significantly improved, and without pain, wound as well adverse reaction.
