自拟熏洗方熏洗坐浴治疗产后痔的疗效观察

Self-developed Fuming ＆ wash Formula in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhoids：Observation on Effect

为观察自拟熏洗方熏洗坐浴治疗产后痔的临床疗效，将产后痔患者72例随机分为对照组与中药组各36例。对照组采用云南白药痔疮膏外涂治疗，中药组采用自拟熏洗方熏洗坐浴，1个疗程（10d）后，比较2组疗效。结果显示，经治疗后，中药组的疼痛等级分布与疼痛评分平均水平低于对照组；中药组总有效率91．7％，对照组总有效率为63．9％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；中药组症状消失或减轻的时间均少于对照组。结果表明，应用自拟熏洗方熏洗坐浴可有效治疗产后痔。

In order to observe the clinical effect of self-developed fuming＆ wash formula for treating postpartum hemorrhoids author＇s hospital randomly divided 72 cases of this hemorrhoids into control group and Chinese medicine group,36 cases for each;the former received Yunnan Baiyao Zhichuang ointment,the latter received self-developed fuming ＆ wash formula; then after 1 treatment course（10 days）,both group＇s effect was compared.As results,the latter was all lower than the former in grade distribution and average score on pain, and in total effective rate also significantly higher than the former（ P 〈0.05,91.7% vs 63. 9%） ;in addition,the time for symptoms diappeared or reduced in the latter was less than that in the former.Results show that self-developed fuming ＆ wash formula can effectively treat postpartum hemorrhoids.
