摘要 本文设计了紫外(UV)法测量化学需氧量(COD)的检测系统,给出了对光电系统的微弱信号处理的设计方法,提高了微弱信号转换的精度。检测系统采用基于ARM处理器以及嵌入式RT-Thread操作系统,能够对水体中化学需氧量进行实时的、精准的、稳定的测量,同时避免了化学试剂检测带来的二次污染。量程为0~1 000mg/L,选用美国HACH公司的DR6000分光光度计与本文检测系统进行实际水样检测对比实验,结果表明检测系统性能良好,最大引用误差为1.4%,可用于量程范围内的COD检测。 The design of measuring chemical oxygen demand(COD)by ultraviolet(UV)method is proposed in this paper,and the design method of weak signal processing for photoelectric system is given,which improves the precision of weak signal conversion.The detection system based on ARM processor and embedded RT-Thread operation system.it is possible to carry out real-time,accurate and stable measurement of chemical oxygen demand in water,and avoid the second pollution caused by chemical reagent detection.The measure range is 0~1 000 mg/L,Using the DR6000 spectrophotometer of the HACH company in the United States and the detection system in this paper for the detection of the actual water samples,the results show that the detection system has good performance,the maximum reference error is 1.4%,COD detection can be used in the range of the instrument.
