胎儿系统超声检查及常规产科超声检查的价值分析

Value Analysis of Fetal System Ultrasonography and Routine Obstetric Ultrasonography

目的分析胎儿系统超声检查及常规产科超声检查的价值。方法选取2014年11月至2015年12月于我院接受检查的358例产妇作为研究对象,所有产妇均进行胎儿系统超声检查(观察组)及常规产科超声检查(对照组),比较两种检查方法的检出情况及产妇满意度。结果 358例孕妇分娩畸形胎儿共11例,观察组检出率为90.91%,漏检率为9.09%,对照组检出率为45.45%,漏检率为54.55%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇满意度94.97%,高于对照组82.68%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胎儿系统超声检查检出畸形率高,效果优于常规产科超声检查,明显提高产妇对产前检查的满意度,临床上值得推广。

Objective To research the value analysis of fetal system ultrasonography and routine obstetric ultrasonography.Methods Selected 358 maternal from November 2014 to December 2015 in my hospital,and every one had to take fetal system ultrasonography（observation group）and routine obstetric ultrasonography（control group）,compare detection situation and satisfaction degree of the two groups.Results Among all 358 patients,there were 11 cases malformed infants,10 cases in observation group with diagnosis rate of 90.91%,missing rate of 9.09%,5 cases in control group with diagnosis rate of 45.45%,missing rate of54.55%,showed significant difference（P〈0.05）;the satisfaction degree of observation group was 94.97%,higher than that in control group was 82.68%,showed significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Fetal system ultrasonography can effectively diagnosis malformed infants for advanced pregnancy,and it was better than routine obstetric ultrasonography,can increase satisfaction degree for maternal and worthy of being spreaded clinically.
