针灸联合鼠神经生长因子治疗特发性面神经麻痹的疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Combined With Mouse Nerve Growth Factor in the Treatment of Idiopathic Facial Paralysis

目的探讨特发性面神经麻痹,给予针灸治疗及联合鼠神经生长因子的临床治疗效果。方法特收集2014年1月至2015年12月期间特发性面神经麻痹患者66例,根据就诊序列号随机数字表抽取法分成两组,对照组针灸治疗,观察组针灸+鼠神经生长因子治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗前两组,P>0.05,无统计学意义。治疗后,和对照组比较,观察组(H-B)评分较高,P<0.05;治疗后,观察组的治愈例、总有效率均较高,P<0.05,有统计学意义。治疗后,观察组的面部残疾指数(FDI)量优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论特发性面神经麻痹,给予针灸治疗并联合鼠神经生长因子,具有显著临床疗效,提高了该病的治愈率。

Objective To probe into the clinical effects of idiopathic facial paralysis treated with acupuncture combined with mouse nerve growth factor.Methods 66 patients with idiopathic facial paralysis in our hospital from January,2014 to December,2015 were collected,and according to the random number table extraction method were divided into two groups.In the control group were treated with acupuncture while in the observation group were treated with acupuncture combined with mouse nerve growth factor.Then,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed.Results Before the treatment,there was no statistical significance between the two groups（P〈0.05）.After the treatment,compared with the control group,the（H-B）score in the observation group was higher,P〈0.05;After treatment,the cure rate,the total effective rate in the observation group were higher,P〈0.05,there was statistical significance.And after the treatment,the facial disability index（FDI）in the observation group was better than that of the control group,P〈0.05,there was statistical significance.Conclusion The idiopathic facial paralysis treated with acupuncture combined with mouse nerve growth factor which has a significant clinical effect,and can improve the cure rate of the disease.
