强化中医外科护理应用于血栓外痔剥离术患者术后的随机对照研究

Strengthen Chinese Medicine Surgical Care RCTs Applied to External Hemorrhoids Thrombosis After Dissection Patients

目的探讨中医外科护理应用于血栓外痔剥离术患者术后的效果。方法选取我院2013年6月至2016年4月收治的血栓外痔剥离术患者60例,按随机数字表法把患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行强化中医外科护理,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果及护理满意度。结果观察组治疗的总有效率为96.7%,对照组的总有效率为76.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理满意度为93.33%,比对照组的73.33%高,两组间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化中医外科护理应用于血栓外痔剥离术患者能有更好的治疗效果,能提升患者的护理满意度,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective Surgery of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）to explore the nursing external hemorrhoid dissection technique is applied to the thrombosis in patients with postoperative effect.Methods Selected from June 2013 to April 2016 were thrombotic external piles of 60 patients with decollement,according to random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,control group routine nursing care,Observer Group to strengthen TCM Surgical Nursing,comparison and analysis the therapeutic effect of two groups patients.Results Observation group total effective rate was 96.7%,total effective rate was 76.7% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;Observation group care satisfaction93.33%,73.33% in the control group than the high,Differences between the two groups was significantly,it was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Strengthen Chinese medicine used in surgical nursing thrombotic external hemorrhoids dissection patients can have a better therapeutic effect,can improve patient care satisfaction,it is worth promoting in clinical applications.
