预防性护理对前列腺电切术患者术后膀胱痉挛的影响

Effect of Preventive Nursing on Postoperative Bladder Spasm of Patients Undergoing Transurethral Resection of Prostate

目的探讨预防性护理对前列腺电切术患者术后膀胱痉挛的影响。方法将我科室于2015年3月至2016年6月收治的60例前列腺电切除术患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用预防性护理,比较两组术后膀胱痉挛的发生情况、严重程度、住院时间以及护理满意度。结果观察组术后膀胱痉挛的发生率低于对照组,严重程度轻于对照组,出现时间晚于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的住院时间短于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预防性护理能够预防前列腺电切术患者术后膀胱痉挛的发生,减轻患者的痛苦,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of preventive nursing on bladder spasm of patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate.Methods 60 cases of patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate in our department from March 2015 to June 2016 years were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 30 cases,the control group was received routine nursing,the observation group was received preventive nursing,the two groups were compared of incidence of postoperative bladder spasm,the severity,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction.Results Bladder spasm rate after operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the severity was less than that in the control group,appeared time was later than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Preventive nursing can prevent bladder spasm of patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate,reduce the pain of patients,shorten the length of stay and improve nursing satisfaction.
