本文基于河南拥有丰富的值得开发利用的离退休科技人才资源,认为做好离退休科技人才资源的开发利用工作是弥补河南科技人才短缺,解决人才断层矛盾,促进河南社会经济发展的最佳选择。分析了河南离退休科技人才资源开发利用有待解决的问题,并就做好河南离退休科技人才资源的开发利用工作提出了对策和建议。

In Henan Province the talent resource in science and technology is rather short among the working groups but this resource is rather rich among the retired groups.This paper aims at how to utilize the talent resources in the retired and to deal with the problems in order to advance the province's social economical development.The paper analyses the problems in utilizing the talent resource among the retired the paper also points out the author's suggestions and opinions to deal with the situation.
