八角和杜仲叶提取物对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清代谢产物及肠道健康的影响

Effects of Illicium verum and Eucommia leaf extract on growth performance, serum metabolites and intestinal health in weaned piglets

试验旨在研究饲粮中添加八角和杜仲叶提取物对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清代谢产物及肠道健康的影响,并探索其作用机制。采用单因子试验设计,选择健康的里岔黑断奶仔猪48头,随机分为4个组,每组3个重复,每个重复4头断奶仔猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮的基础上分别添加八角提取物(500 mg/kg)、杜仲叶提取物(250 mg/kg)和金霉素(50 mg/kg)。预试期7 d,正试期42 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,八角、杜仲组和抗生素三组,显著提高断奶仔猪平均日增重(ADG)(P<0.05)。八角组显著提高血清总蛋白(TP)含量(P<0.05);八角组和杜仲组显著降低了血清尿素氮(SUN)含量(P<0.05)。八角组和抗生素组显著降低了盲肠大肠杆菌的数量(P<0.05)。由此可见,在饲粮中添加八角、杜仲叶提取物可提高仔猪生长性能和免疫力,并对抗生素具有一定的替代作用。

The aims of the study were to investigate the effect and the mechanism of the Ilicium ver- um and Eucommia leaf extract on growth performance, serum metabolites and intestinal health in weaned piglets. The single factorial experimental design was adopted in this experiment. A total of 48 healthy weaned piglets （Licha black piglets） were randomly allocated into 4 treatments with three repli- cates per treatment and 4 piglets per replicate. Control group was fed the b^sal diet, and experimental treatments were fed basal diets supplemented with I]]icium verum extract（500 mg/kg）, Eucommia leaf extract （250 mg/kg） and aureomycin （50 mg/kg）, respectively. Trial lasted for 42 days after 7 days adapta- tion. The results showed as follows： compared with the control, average daily gain（ADG） of piglets fed the diet supplemented with Illicium verum, Eucommia leaf extract and antibiotics were significantly in- creased （P〈0.05）. The Illicium verum extract significantly increased the contents of serum total protein （P〈0.05）. The Illicium vemm and Eucommia leaf extract significantly reduced the contents of serum urea nitrogen（P〈0.05）. The Illicium verum and antibiotics significantly reduced the number of Escbericbia Co-li in cecum. The results suggested that dietary supplementation with the Illicium velum and Eu- commia leaf extract can improve the growth perfor- mance and immunity of weaned piglets, and it has a certain function of alternative to antibiotics.
