摘要
桑叶营养价值丰富,含有17种氨基酸,10种维生素,还有钙、铁、锌等营养元素。近年来,我国每年产生上百万吨过剩桑叶,把过剩桑叶用作动物饲料,不仅可以增加蚕农的收入,还可以节省饲料资源,降低养殖成本。文章就桑叶的营养价值及在饲料中的最新应用进行了综述,以期为桑叶在畜牧业上的推广和普及提供理论依据。
Mulberry leaf has abundant nutrition which contains 17 kinds of amino acids,10 kinds of vitamins and elements such as calcium,iron and zinc.Recently,our country produces millions of tons of excess mulberry leaves every year.As one of forage feed resource,mulberry leaves can not only increase the income of silkworm raiser,save conversional feed resources,but also reduce farming costs.This review is mainly to cover the nutrition value of mulberry leaf and its latest application in the livestock,and to provide theoretical reference for the promotion and popularization of the mulberry leaf as forage in the livestock production.
