膀胱癌术后吡柔比星膀胱内灌注的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Intravesical Instillation of Pirarubicin in Postoperative Patients with Bladder Cancer

目的:探索膀胱癌术后吡柔比星膀胱内灌注的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年9月—2016年9月收治的100例膀胱癌术后患者,按抽签法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组患者给予丝裂霉素膀胱内灌注治疗,观察组患者给予吡柔比星膀胱内灌注治疗。结果:观察组患者的复发率为2.00%(1/50),明显低于对照组的40.00%(20/50);观察组患者平均复发时间为(8.96±0.36)个月,明显长于对照组的(3.91±2.05)个月,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,总有效率明显高于对照组,且外周血T细胞亚群分布改善情况明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吡柔比星膀胱内灌注治疗膀胱癌术后患者效果显著,安全性较高。

OBJECTIVE：To probe into the clinical efficacy of intravesical instillation of pirarubicin in postoperative patients with bladder cancer. METHODS： 100 cases of bladder cancer patients admitted from Sept. 2012 to Sept. 2016 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the lottery method, with 50 cases in each. The control group were treated with intravesical instillation of mitomycin, while the observation group received intravesical instillation of pirarubicin. RESULTS： The recurrence rate of observation group was 2. 00% （ 1/50）, significantly lower than that of control group 40. 00% （ 20/50 ） ; the recurrence time of observation group was （ 8. 96 ＋ 0. 36 ） months, significantly better than that of control group [ （3.91 -＋ 2. 05 ） months ], with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The incidence of adverse drug reactions of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, yet the total effective rate and improvement of peripheral blood T cell subsets distribution were significantly better than those of control group, with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSIONS ： The efficacy of intravesical instillation of pirarubicin in postoperative patients with bladder cancer is remarkable with high safety.
