眼部内刺法与药物结合治疗眼运动神经麻痹症的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Eye Sting Method Combined with Drug Therapy in Treatment of Eye Movement Nerve Paralysis

目的:探索眼部内刺法与药物结合治疗眼运动神经麻痹症的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年10月—2015年10月汉川市人民医院眼运动神经麻痹症患者100例作为研究对象,以动态化随机分组的方法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。2组患者均采用眼部内刺法治疗,在此基础上,对照组患者给予注射用脑蛋白水解物,观察组患者给予维生素类药物治疗。观察2组患者的临床疗效、眼球移动距离、复视角度、睑裂程度。结果:观察组患者眼球移动距离显著优于对照组,复视角度、睑裂程度均显著小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的总有效率为98.00%(49/50),明显高于对照组的76.00%(38/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:眼部内刺法联合维生素类药物治疗眼运动神经麻痹症的效果显著。

OBJECTIVE：To probe into the clinical efficacy of eye sting method combined with drug therapy in treatment of eye movement nerve paralysis. METHODS： 100 patients with eye movement nerve paralysis admitted into Hanchuan People＇ s Hospital from Oct. 2012 to Oct. 2015 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the dynamic random method, with 50 cases in each. Two groups were treated with eye thorn method, based on which, the control group were treated with cerebroprotein hydrolysate injections, while the observation group were given vitamins medication. The clinical efficacy, eye movement distance, diplopia angle and degree of palpebral fissure of two groups were observed. RESULTS： The eye movement distance of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, yet the diplopia angle and degree of palpebral fissure in observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The total effective rate of observation group was 98.00% （49/50）, significantly higher than that of control group [ 76.00% （38/50） ], with statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSIONS ： The efficacy of eye sting method combined with drug therapy in treatment of eye movement nerve paralysis is remarkable.
