摘要
目的:建立多省区白及的高效液相指纹特征图谱,为白及的质量控制提供依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为依利特C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为270 nm,柱温为35℃。结果:不同产地的10批次白及药材的化学成分特征图谱共检出15个分离度良好的共有峰。结论:该方法准确、可靠,可用于白及的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE：To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Blerillae rhizoma from multiple provinces, so as to provide evidence for quality control of Blerillae rhizome. METHODS ： HPLC method was adopted, the chromatographic separation was performed on Hypersi C1s （4.6 mm ×250 mm,5 μm） column, and the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-water in gradient elution. The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min, the detect wavelength was 270 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃. RESULTS ： There were 15 common peaks in the HPLC fingerprint of the 10 batches of Blerillae rhizoma from different producing areas. CONCLUSIONS： The HPLC fingerprint method was comprehensive and reliable for the quality control of Blerillae rhizome.
