单硝酸异山梨酯联合注射用环磷腺苷葡胺对老年心绞痛患者临床疗效及APN、MDA水平的影响

The effects of Isosorbide Mononitrate combined with egiumine Adenosine Cydophosphate for Injection on the level of APN and MDA in elderly patients with angina pectoris

目的探讨单硝酸异山梨酯（伊迈清）与注射用环磷腺苷葡胺（苏安）联合使用对老年心绞痛患者临床疗效及患者血清脂联素（APN）、丙二醛（MDA）水平的影响。方法选择2014年10月至2015年10月间我院收治的104例老年心绞痛患者为研究对象，随机分为试验组和对照组，每组52例。试验组患者采用伊迈清联合苏安进行治疗，对照组患者单纯采用伊迈清进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及APN、NDA水平。结果试验组患者心绞痛改善总优良率为90．38％（47／52），明显优于对照组[65．38％（37／52）]，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。试验组患者心电图改善总优良率为88．46％（46／52），明显优于对照组[63．46％（33／52）]，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。两组患者治疗前APN水平相当[（2．44±0．48）ng／ml比（2．43±0．52）ng／m1]，治疗后APN值均较治疗前上升，试验组上升幅度明显大于对照组[（3．61±0．55）ng／ml比（2．61±0．53）ng／m1]，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。两组患者治疗前MDA水平相当[（8．72±1．21）mmd／L比（8．67±1．15）mmol／L]，治疗后MDA水平均较治疗前下降，且试验组下降幅度明显大于对照组[（5．92±1．17）mmol／L比（7．03±1．39）mmol／L]，两组差异具统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论伊迈清联合苏安用于治疗老年心绞痛患者具有较好的临床效果，能有效改善患者心电图，APN水平升高，NDA水平下降，促进患者预后，值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of Isosorbide dinitrate combined with Meglumine adenosine cyelophosphate on the level of APN and MDA in elderly patients with angina pectoris. Methods 104 cases of elderly patients with angina pectoris selected from October 2014 to October 2015 were randomly divided into the experimental group （52 cases） and the control group （52 eases）. Patients in the experimental group were treated with Isosorbide dinitrate combined with Meglumine adenosine cyclophosphate, while patients in the control group were treated with Isosorbide dinitrate. The therapeutic effect, the level of APN and MDA were compared between two groups. Results Patients in the experimental group showed a total effeetive rate of 90.38%（47/52） in angina pectoris curative effect, and was much higher than the control group [65.38%（37/52）]（P〈0.01 ）. Patients in the experimental group showed a total effeetive rate of 88.46%（46/52） in electrocardiogram, and was much higher than the control group[63.46%（33/52）]（P〈0.01 ）. The level of APN in the two groups both increased, which was more significant in the experimental group [ （2.61 ±0.53 ）ng/ml vs （3.61 ±0.55 ）ng/ml ] （P〈0.01）. The level of MDA in the two groups both declined, which was more significant in the experimental group [（7.03±1.39）mmol/L vs （5.92±1.17）mmol/L] （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Elderly heart disease and angina peetoris treatment with Isosorbide dinitrate combined with Meglumine adenosine eyclophosphate can significantly improve the condition of electrocar- diogram, the level of APN and MDA, which makes it worthy popularizing in clinical application.
