浅析网络食品经营存在的问题及监管对策

随着电子商务的蓬勃发展,网购食品质量良莠不齐已经是不争的事实。食品夸大宣传、非法添加、以次充好等成为部分网络食品经营者(第三方平台食品经营者、第三方平台站内食品经营者)谋取暴利的手段。消费者购买到有质量问题的食物投诉无门,维权困难,也成为当今社会的难点问题。本文主要阐述网络食品经营者现状,从中分析出当下网络食品销售问题的危害性,从现行法律法规角度分析问题的原因,并由食品药品监管部门提出解决对策。

With the vigorous development of electronic commerce, it has been an indisputable fact that the food quali- ty of online sales is uneven.Some network food operators,including the food operators of the third platform and the food oper- ators on the third platform, obtain high profits by some means,such as overstating the food drumbeating ,illegally adding and selling shoddy goods.The society has more and more concern about the problem that the consumers have no way to file com- plaints and have difficulty in preserving their rights when they buy the food with quality problems.In this article,the author mainly expounds the current situation and the harmfulness of the network food operating, analyses the reasons of the prob- lems from the perspective of laws and regulations at present, and puts forward the solving countermeasures from the per- spective of food and drug supervision.
