2,4-二氯酚在多壁碳纳米管修饰电极上的电化学行为

摘要 采用滴涂法制备了多壁碳纳米管/壳聚糖修饰玻碳电极,并研究了2,4-二氯酚(2,4-DCP)在修饰电极上的电化学行为.结果表明,相比于裸玻碳电极,在修饰电极上2,4-DCP的氧化峰电流明显提高.此外,2,4-DCP的电化学反应是一个受扩散控制的完全不可逆氧化反应,其中有2个电子和2个质子参与,其扩散系数为1.585 7×10^(-5) cm^2/s.差分脉冲伏安法测量结果显示,2,4-DCP在0.1~1mg/L、1~10mg/L和10~80mg/L的范围内有良好的线性关系,检出限为0.01mg/L.修饰电极重现性和抗干扰能力较好. The electrochemical behavior of 2,4-dichlorophenol(2,4-DCP) was investigated on the glassy carbon electrode modified by multi-walled carbon nanotubes/chitosan. The results showed that, as compared with the bare glassy carbon electrode, the oxidation current of 2,4-DCP on the modified electrode increased significantly. The electrochemical reaction was a diffusion-controlled irreversible oxidation process involving two electrons and two protons. The diffusion coefficient was 1. 585 7 x 10^-5 cm2/ s. Additionally, on the modified electrode, 2,4-DCP could be well determined by using differential pulse voltammetry with a detection limit of 0.01 mg/L and line arranges of 0.1-1 mg/L,1-10 mg/L and 10- 80 mg/L, respectively. The modified electrode has good reproducibility and anti-interference capability.
