膜荚黄芪不同类型种子生物学特性比较研究

Research on seed biological characteristics of different types of Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.

以不同类型膜荚黄芪的种子为材料,研究了5种类型膜荚黄芪种子的形态特征、千粒重、硬实率、生活力、吸水率以及发芽率,比较分析了各类型黄芪种子之间的差异;并对其生活力、发芽率和吸水率进行了相关性分析.结果表明:5种类型膜荚黄芪种子形态差异不显著,千粒重、发芽率、生活力、吸水率差异显著(P<0.05),2号"紫色茎皮有刺毛"类型黄芪的种子硬实率和发芽率均高于其他4个类型;种子硬实率与发芽率呈正相关(r=0.891),而种子吸水率与发芽率呈负相关(r=-0.886),生活力也与发芽率呈正相关(r=0.918).2号"紫色茎皮有刺毛"类型为一优良类型,以后在进行膜荚黄芪品种选育时可加以选择和培育.本研究为膜荚黄芪优良品种的选育提供了理论参考.

Based on the seeds of five different types of Astragalus membranaceus （Fisch）. Bge. , studied their morphological characteristics, thousand seed weight, hard seed rate, viability, water absorption and the seed of germination rate. Compare the differences among them as well as the correlation analysis of viability, water absorption and the seed of germination rate. The results showed that the seed morphological characteristics of five types had no obvious differences and the germination rate, viability and absorption rate had great difference and reached significant level（P^0.05）. The hard rate and germination rate of No. 2 ＂purple bark with sting＂ was higher than the other four types. Hard seed rate and germination rate were positively correlated（r= 0. 891）, seed water absorption and germination rate were negatively correlated （r = --0. 886）, Seed viability and the germination were positively correlated（r=0. 918）. The results showed that No. 2＂purple bark with sting ＂ is a excellent type;the type with high seed hard rate, high germination rate and high viability should be selected and cultivated in its variety breeding. This study provided the theoretical references to its variety breeding of Astragalus membranaceus （Fisch.） Bge.
