Highway Development Tendency and Planning Emphases of the Thirteenth Five-Year-Plan in Hangzhou City

本文对杭州市公路的发展现状和面临形势进行了全面分析,在此基础上提出了杭州市公路在未来五年的发展方针,为确定"十三五"期间杭州公路发展的重点任务,科学编制杭州市"十三五"公路发展规划及制定对应的保障措施提供了合理依据。

This paper aims at comprehensively analyzing the development status and confronted situation of highway network in Hangzhou. We put forward developing principles and the key tasks of development of highway in Hangzhou in the thirteenth-five-year period; meanwhile, provides suitable guidance and rationals for the thirteenthfive-year plan of Hangzhou highway development.
