摘要
基于内生增长理论,梳理要素市场扭曲、国际技术溢出与出口技术复杂度的作用机制,本文选用我国制造业行业面板数据,将要素市场扭曲及出口技术复杂度纳入计量模型进行实证检验。结果表明:要素市场扭曲通过进口溢出和专利溢出对出口技术复杂度的作用为正,通过出口溢出和FDI溢出的作用效果为负,总体作用效果为负,该结论存在显著的行业异质性。最后,通过Matlab多项式拟合函数,预测未来10年内要素市场扭曲对出口技术复杂度的抑制作用将不复存在。
This paper summarizes the effects of factor market distortions on export technological sophistications through International technological spillovers on the basis of endogenous growth theory.Empirical tests are conducted using the panel data of manufacturing industries in China with the indexes of distortions and sophistications, and the result shows that while factor market distortions ex- ert positive influences over export technological sophistications through spillovers of import and patent, it negatively effects export technological sophistications through spillovers of export and FDI, and that the whole effect is generally negative, and the factor market distortions have distinct impacts on differentindustries. Finally, the simulations implemented by Matlab polynomial fitting function reveal that factor market distortions may not influence sophistications negatively in the coming 10 years"
