桥本氏甲状腺炎合并甲状腺乳头状癌患者血清TgAb和TPOAb浓度的变化 被引量：10

摘要 目的探讨甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TgAb)、甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)在桥本氏甲状腺炎(HT)合并甲状腺乳头状癌(PTC)患者中的浓度变化。方法采用化学发光法检测100例HT合并PTC患者(A组)、100例HT合并良性结节患者(B组)血清中TgAb、TPOAb的浓度,分析其对HT合并PTC的影响。结果A组TgAb、TPOAb区间浓度数值高的发生率高于B组(P<0.05)。结论对于血清中TgAb、TPOAb浓度升高的HT合并甲状腺结节患者,应该加强随访,定期复查。
