摘要
目的探讨利巴韦林联合高渗盐水治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效,并观察其对患儿肺功能的改善作用。方法回顾性分析2013年12月至2015年12月98例小儿毛细支气管炎患儿的临床资料,其中对照组49例,给予吸氧和抗病原体等常规治疗;治疗组49例,于常规治疗基础上辅以3%高渗盐水2.0 ml+30~50 mg利巴韦林注射液雾化吸入,每次10 min,2次/d。比较两组患儿治疗前后肺功能改善情况、临床疗效、治疗后症状缓解时间及不良反应。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为95.92%,明显高于对照组的81.63%(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗后潮气量、达峰时间比、达峰容积比水平较治疗前明显提高,而呼吸频率较治疗前明显下降,且治疗组各项指标升高或下降程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿咳嗽缓解、哮鸣音消失、湿啰音消失及住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间均无明显不良反应。结论利用利巴韦林联合高渗盐水雾化吸入治疗小儿毛细支气管炎疗效显著且安全。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ribavirin combined with hypertonic saline in the treatment of pediatric bronchiolitis and observe its effect on improving lung function. Methods The diagnosis and treatment data of 98 cases of pediatric bronchiolitis from December 2013 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. The control group (49 cases) were given oxygen and anti-pathogen and other conventional treatment; based on this conventional treatment, the treatment group (49 cases)were given 3% hypertonie saline 2. 0 ml + 30 -50 mg ribavirin injection inhalation, every 10 min, 2 times/d. The clinical efficacy, lung function improvement before and after treatment, remission time after treat- ment and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.92%, which was significantly higher than that in control group( 81.63%, P 〈0. 05 ). After treatment, the tidal volume, tPTEF/tE and VPTEF/VE levels of the both groups were significantly increased, while the RR decreased. While the indica- tors rise or fall degree of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P 〈0. 05). Children treated relieve cough, wheeze disappeared, auscultation disappear and hospital stay in treatment group were significantly shorter than those in control group (P 〈 0. 05). There was no significant adverse reaction during treatment. Conclusion The efficacy of ribavirin combined with hypertonic saline inhalation in treatment of children with bronchiolitis is significant and security.
