关节镜治疗前踝撞击综合征临床效果观察

Effection Observation of Arthroscopy for Anterior Ankle Impingement Syndrome

目的观察关节镜治疗前踝撞击综合征的临床效果。方法 2012年12月~2015年12月,选取于我院就诊的80例前踝撞击综合征患者,按治疗方法的不同分为对照组与实验组,对照组采用保守治疗,实验组根据踝关节病变程度分为轻、中、重度3组,均采用关节镜手术治疗。对比观察实验组与对照组治疗效果及关节镜手术对各实验组的治疗效果。结果手术治疗相比于保守治疗可明显改善患者病情,随着踝关节病变程度的加重,踝关节镜治疗效果逐渐下降。结论采用关节镜治疗前踝撞击征比保守治疗效果理想,而且可以直达病灶,镜下视野开阔,具有创伤小、安全性高、疾病康复早、恢复速度快的特点,值得在临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the arthroscope in the treatment of the patients with the anterior ankle impinge- ment syndrome. Methods From December 2012 to December 2015,80 patients with the anterior ankle impingement syndrome were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the different treatment methods. The control group was treated with conservative treatment and the experimental group was treated by the arthroscope. The experimental group was classified by the new classification which was proposed by Alessandro Parma to analyze the treatment effect between the control group and the experimental group. Comparied the differ- enl treatment effect of arthrnscope in the different degree of the ankle injury. Results The arthroscnpe treatment can obvinusly improve the patients condition than the conservative treatment,with the aggravation of the degree of the ankle joint disease,the treatment effect of the ankle arthrnscopy gradnally decreased. Conclusion Comparied with the conservative treatment,the arthroseopic surgery can get an ideal result, the arthroscopic surgery are wide visnalization areas, easy access to areas difficult to reach, small trauma, high safety, early rehabilitation and quick recovery period, it is worth in clinical promotion.
