基于上市中成药数据挖掘的糖尿病组方分析

Medication Rules Analysis of Chinese Traditional Patent Medicine for Treating Diabetes Based on Data Mining

为了探索中医药治疗糖尿病方剂用药规律,本文基于上市中成药处方信息,收集、整理,并建立糖尿病治疗方剂的结构化数据库,运用软件中的数据统计及挖掘方法对其用药规律进行系统分析。分析显示,使用频次较高的有黄芪、天花粉、生地、葛根、黄连、麦冬、五味子等;挖掘出上市中成药治疗糖尿病的用药核心组成主要为:黄芪、生地、天花粉、麦冬、葛根、枸杞、黄连、五味子。由分析结果表明目前中成药治疗糖尿病的组方用药以益气养阴为主,清热药、活血药的灵活应用是近年来糖尿病治疗用药的一个趋势,对糖尿病新药研发有重要意义。

To explore the medication rules of traditional Chinese medicine for treating diabetes, Prescriptions of Chinese traditional patent medicine listed for treating diabetes were collected and regulatred to build a structure database. A systematic analysis of the medication rules in TCM prescriptions for treating diabetes was carried by using the methods of data statistics and the data mining. Based on the analysis of prescriptions for treating diabetes, the results showed that the frequently adopted drugs were Astragali Radix, Radix Trichosanthis, Rehmanniae Radix, Raidx Puerariae, Rhizoma Coptidis, Radix Ophiopogonis, Schisandra Chinensis et. The new core combination herbs were Astragali Radix, Rehmanniae Radix, Radix Triehosanthis, Radix Ophiopogonis, Raidx Puerariae, Lycium barbarum L. , Rhizoma Coptidis, Schisandra Chinensis. The medication rules analysis of Chinese traditional patent medicine for treating diabetes indicates that herbs of nourishing qi and yin were mainly used in Chinese traditional patent medicine listed for treating diabetes. Herbs of heat-clearing and activating blood circulation will be smartly used in treating diabetes according to differdent types, which was important in the course of new drug research and development for treating diadetes.
