摘要
教师指导学生完成学业,是教育教学工作中的主要环节,是教师的天职和责任。在20多年的博导生涯中,在教学相长的实践过程中,笔者有几点心得:引导学生在确定一个相对稳定的研究领域的前提下,制定学位论文的选题;在读书的过程中拓展知识并积累问题;从写读书札记入手不断提高学术文章的质量并顺利通过学位论文答辩;关注评论与鉴识能力的砥砺,以适应专业理论的发展和促进自身综合素质的提高;树立史学自信的精神,出其所学为社会服务。
Tutor direction is a teacher's vocation and the key procedure of doctoral supervisor who has sponsored more than forty students in the earned great harvest from my teaching experiences, such as: Leading graduate education. As a past twenty years, I have students to establish their research territory on the basic of choosing their doctoral thesis topics; Helping them to discover problems from reading classical works; Enhancing their writing ability by assigning homework (book reviews); Building their spirit of confidence on History, and Showing them how to apply knowledge to service the society.
