Digitalization and pictorialization constitute an important way of communication in modern world and, to some extent, important content of life and the way of existence. Based on the analysis of the meaning of digitalization and pictorialization, we need to examine their different cultural connotations and then to find out that, while bring us many conveniences, they also have an aspect that lacks of humanity. On the contrary, the meaning of words does not disappear yet in the era of information and gives us much inspiration with their unique expressive implications.
