摘要 为研究水生经济植物对沼液净化处理的效果,笔者开展水生蕹菜对不同浓度沼液的净化试验,通过测试水生蕹菜对沼液中COD、TN、TP的去除效率及其生化指标,分析水生蕹菜的食品安全性与经济效益。试验结果表明:水生蕹菜可以在高浓度沼液中栽培成活,并对沼液具有较强的净化效果;稀释40倍沼液COD去除率最高,稀释30倍的沼液水培水生蕹菜经济效益最好,重金属指标符合《绿色食品水生蔬菜》(NY/T 1405—2015)标准要求。通过沼液种植水生蕹菜既能充分利用沼液中的营养物质,又能减少养猪场污染物排放,而且其食品安全性又有保障,具有良好的环境与经济效益。 To study the purifying effect of aquatic economic plants on biogas slurry,in this research,purifying experiments of aquatic water spinach were conducted on different concentrations of biogas slurry,the removal efficiency of COD,TN and TP in biogas slurry and the biochemical index were tested,food safety and economic benefits of aquatic water spinach were analyzed.The results showed that aquatic water spinach could be cultivated in high concentration of biogas slurry and had strong purifying effect on biogas slurry;the removal rate of COD reached the highest when aquatic water spinach was cultivated in biogas slurry diluted 40 times,and aquatic water spinach had the best economic benefits when cultivated in biogas slurry diluted 30 times,heavy metal indicators met the green food standards for aquatic vegetables(NY/T 1405—2015).Aquatic water spinach cultivated in biogas slurry could not only make full use of the nutrients in biogas slurry,but also reduce pollutant emissions of pig farm,thus to guarantee food safety and good environmental and economic benefits.
