南阳市宛城区达士营汉画像石墓

A Han Period Pictorial-stone Tomb at Dashiying in Wancheng District, Nanyang City

2012年为配合基本建设,南阳市文物考古研究所在南阳市宛城区达士营发掘了一座画像石墓,为纯石结构,分前后室,在墓门门柱及后室门槛上浮雕有画像,同时出土有鼎、奁、双耳罐、井等随葬品。墓葬年代大致为新莽至东汉初期。

In 2012-year, in coordination with capital construction, the Nanyang Municipal Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology excavated a pictorial-stone tomb at Dashiying in Wancheng District of Nanyang City. This is a wholly-stone-built structure. It consists of a front and a rear chambers with the entrance columns and the rear chamber threshold bearing carvings in relief. The unearthed funeral objects include a ding tripod, a toilet box, a double-eared jar and a well mould. In date the tomb belongs roughly to the Xinmang to early Eastern Han period.
