摘要
以环磷酰胺致免疫低下小鼠为动物模型,高、中、低剂量(1.5、0.5、0.25g/kg)海洋多糖灌胃35d,观察其对模型小鼠校正廓清指数、足趾厚度差、体质量增长率、胸腺指数、脾脏指数、半数溶血值和NK细胞活性的影响。结果表明,与模型对照组相比,多糖高、中剂量组小鼠校正廓清指数、足趾厚度差、半数溶血值、NK细胞活性显著提高,各给药组间体质量增长率无显著差异;多糖高剂量组胸腺指数和脾脏指数显著升高。因此,此新型海洋多糖组方具有增强免疫低下小鼠免疫功能的作用。
The effect of a new type of marine polysaccharide on immunosuppressive model in mice wasstudied. The immunosuppressive mice induced with cyclophosphamide were selected as the animal model, and the correction clearance index, toe thickness, weight growth rate, thymus index, spleen index, half hemolysis value and NK cell activity were tested after 35 d when high, middle and low-dose (1.5, 0.5 and 0.25 g/kg) of the marine polysaceharide were given by gavage once a day, respectively. Compared with the control group, correction clearance index, toe thickness differences, half hemolysis value and NK cell activity of the high and middle doses groups improved significantly. The body weight growth rates of each group showed no significant differences. The thymus index and spleen index of the high dose group of the polysaccharide increased significantly. The results indicated that the new type of marine polysaccharide could significantly improve the immunology functions of the immunosuppressive mice.
