摘要
磷酸铋是一种新型半导体光催化剂,PO_4^(3-)的诱导效应有助于电子-空穴对的分离,在提高光催化活性方面有着重要作用。实验以硝酸铋为铋源,磷酸二氢钠提供磷酸根离子,通过水热法合成制备了BiPO_4光催化剂,并且改变水热时间、水热温度、pH和反应溶剂等条件,考察了工艺参数对光催化活性的影响,利用XRD、UV-Vis DRS、PL等手段进行表征。染料模拟废水的净化测试表明,光催化活性最佳合成条件为水热时间6h,水热温度为160℃,pH为2.1,溶剂为水,其中pH和溶剂为合成光催化剂主要的影响因素,暗吸附30min后,在紫外灯照射条件下对活性艳蓝的降解率达到65%。
Bismuth phosphate was a new type of semiconductor photocatalyst. The inducing effect of PO4/3- was helpful to the separation of electron hole pair, which played an important role in improving the photocatalytic activity. The BiPO4 photocatalyst was prepared by hydrothermal method with bismuth nitrate and sodium dihydrogen phosphate. The effects of process parameters of light catalytic activity such as hydrothermal time, hydrothermal temperature, pH and solvent were studied and characterized by XRD, UV-Vis DRS and PL methods. The results of dye simulated wastewater purification tests showed that the optimum synthesis conditions of photocatalytic activity were as follows: hydrothermal time of 6 h, hydrothermal temperature of 160 ℃, pH of 2.1 and water as solvent, among which pH and solvent were main influencing factors. Under the conditions, the degradation of reactive brilliant blue rate could reach to 65% under UV light after dark adsorption for 30 min
