摘要
以两种典型时效强化型Fe基高温合金为研究对象,研究了Al、Ti以及(Al+Ti)的含量对Fe基高温合金拉伸强度的影响。结果表明,当Ti含量达到一定数值后,提高(Al+Ti)数值,该合金具有高的抗拉强度。其中,Ti含量为2.60%左右时,(Al+Ti)含量由2.73%提高至2.96%,GH2038合金的室温抗拉强度由551MPa提升至853 MPa;Ti含量接近3.00%时,(Al+Ti)含量超过3.37%,GH2696合金的高温抗拉强度可达600 MPa以上,最高可达660 MPa。
Taking two typical aging strengthening Fe-base superalloys as research objects, the effects of Al, Ti and (Al+Ti) contents on the tensile strength of Fe-based superalloy were researched. The results show that when the content of Ti is in a certain value, with increasing the value of (Al+Ti), the alloy has higher tensile strength. When the content of Ti is about 2.60 %, with (Al+Ti) content increasing from 2.73 % to 2.96 %, the tensile strength of GH2038 alloy increases from 551 MPa to 853 MPa at room temperature. When the content of Ti closes to 3.00 %, and the content of (Al+Ti) is above 3.37 %, the tensile strength of GH2696 alloy can exceed 600 MPa, and even to 660 MPa.
