摘要
采用合金化和搅拌摩擦加工改性法制备了锻压机械FSP改性铜合金,对显微组织、力学性能、耐磨损性和耐腐蚀性进行分析。结果表明:与商业ZCu Al8铜合金相比,该改性铜合金的力学性能、耐磨损性能和耐腐蚀性能得到显著提高,150℃抗拉强度增加102%、屈服强度增加163%,腐蚀电位正移369 m V,在-40、25、150、300℃改性合金的磨损体积分别减小69%、71%、76%、83%。
FSP modified cooper alloy for forging machinery was prepared by alloying and friction stir processing. The microstructure, mechanical property, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the alloy were tested. The results show that compared with commercial ZCuA18 cooper alloy, the mechanical property, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the modified cooper alloy significantly improve. The tensile strength and yield strength of the alloy increases by 102% and 163%, respectively at 150℃, and the corrosion potential shifts positively by 369 mV. And the wear volume of the alloy at -40℃, 25℃, 150℃ and 300℃ decreases by 69%, 71%, 76% and 83%, respectively.
