摘要
热处理的不均匀性会导致圆锯片的硬度不均匀并会产生"软点",这对圆锯片的使用性能有很大的影响。辊压适张作为增加圆锯片刚度的一种有效措施,在锯片制造业被广泛采用。本文通过有限元软件ANSYS分析研究了非均匀热处理对圆锯片环形和径向辊压适张处理下的径向和切向残余应力的影响规律。结果表明:两种辊压方式下,具有软点的辊压区内径向和切向残余应力都是压应力。在圆锯片边缘附近,无软点时切向残余应力为压应力,有软点时切向残余应力为拉应力。
Non-uniform heat treatment will lead to non-uniformity of saw blade hardness and will have a "soft spot", which has great effect on the performance of the circular saw blade. Roll tensioning is an effective measure to increase the rigidity of the saw blade, and is widely used in the manufacturing industry of the saw blade. The effects of non-uniform heat treatment on the radial and tangential residual stresses after circular and radial roll tensioning treatment of the circular saw blade were analyzed through the finite element software ANSYS. The results show that under two roll modes, the vertical and tangential residual stresses in rolling zone with soft points are compressive stresses. In the vicinity of the circular saw blade edge, the tangential residual stress without soft point is compressive stress, and the tangential residual stress with soft spots is tensile stress.
