摘要
本文对哈大客专开通运营以来出现的防水保护层混凝土粉化掉块,影响高速铁路行车安全的病害进行分析。通过试验研究,确定采用改性聚氨酯防护涂层对粉化处所进行整治。2013年至2014年间共整治施工了7处1698.1米,经过2年的冻融周期观察,效果较好,阻止了防水保护层混凝土粉化的进一步发展,为今后整治同类病害提供借鉴。
The article analyzes the block of the waterproof protective layer of the concrete and the diseases which affects the highway driving safety.Through the experimental study,it was determined that the modified polyurethane protective coating was used for the treatment of the concrete.Between 2013 and 2014,it renovated total 1698.17 meters in 7 places in total.There is a better effect after 2 years' freezing and thawing cycle,thus it will prevent the further development of the waterproof protection layer of the concrete,which provides reference for the future treatment of similar diseases.
