Based on the market research of position missions and personal needs information for highway maintenance and management inside and outside Gansu Province, the paper put forward some suggestions to personal training for highway maintenance and management major in Gansu higher vocational colleges through screening, analyzing and conversing typical tasks and taking the training model of highway maintenance and management major in Gansu Communications Institute of Technology in 2016 as a platform.
