全自动生化免疫分析仪在急症检验中的应用

Application of Automatic Biochemical Immunoassay Analyzer in Emergency

目的:探讨全自动生化免疫分析仪的使用性能及其在急症检验中的应用效果。方法:选取30份血清样品采用美国AWARENESS全自动生化免疫分析仪对血糖(Glu)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、肌酐(Cr)、钾离子(K+)四项指标进行线性检验;以门诊收治的80例胸痛急诊患者,分别行常规辅助检查和全自动生化免疫分析仪进行疾病诊断,对比两组诊断结果。结果:美国AWARENESS全自动生化免疫分析仪在4项指标检验中的线性试验结果及批内CV值、批间CV值均符合要求;观察组入院-确诊时间及诊断符合率均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用全自动生化免疫分析仪进行实验室检验,操作简便快捷,可缩短临床确诊时间,结果准确度高。

Objective to study the use of fully automatic biochemical instrument performance and its application in emergency inspection results. Methods using the United States AWARENESS fully automatic biochemical instrument testing Glu （blood sugar）, ALT （alanine aminotransferase）, Cr （creatinine）, K ＋ （potassium） four indicators, determination of linear test results and the precision of test results.To the records of 80 cases of outpatient emergency patients with chest pain as the research object, the line of conventional auxiliary examination and fully automatic biochemical instrument for disease diagnosis, compared two groups of diagnosis . Results the AWARENESS fully automatic biochemical instrument in four indicators in linear test results of test and batch CV value, the number of CV value between conform to requirements. Hospital - confirmed the time and the diagnosis coincidence rate observation group were better than the control group, P 〈 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion Immunized with automatic biochemical analyzer for laboratory test, the operation is easy, the time of clinical diagnosis, the results with high accuracy, worth clinical promotion.
