基层医院急性心肌梗塞静脉溶栓10例体会

Experience of Intravenous Thrombolysis in 10 Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction in Primary Hospital

目的:分析基层医院急性心肌梗塞静脉溶栓10例患者的治疗体会,旨在为临床治疗心肌梗塞提供更多相关资料。方法:对东莞市横沥人民医院在2013年1月至2015年1月收治的10例急性心肌梗塞患者进行分析,观察10例患者溶栓治疗疗效。结果:不同发病时间行溶栓治疗疗效不同,在3 h以内治疗疗效(85.7%)明显高于3 h以后(33.3%),且差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.934,P=0.015)。结论:越早使用静脉溶栓治疗患者冠脉再通的可能性就越高,且安全性好,价格便宜,适合基层医院用于治疗急性心肌梗塞。

Objective To investigate the experience of intravenous thrombolysis on 10 cases with acute myocardial infarction and provide more relative data for treatment of acute myocardial infarction. Methods 10 cases with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015were selected and observe the curative effect of them. Results Thrombolytic therapy given at different incidence time had different curative effect, effect within 3 hours （85.7 %） was obviously better than after 3 hours （33.3 %）, the difference was statistically significant （χ^2=5.934, P=0.015）. Conclusion The earlier the use of intravenous thrombolytic therapy in patients with coronary recanalization of the possibility of the higher, and safe, cheap, suitable for primary hospital for the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.
