摘要
近年来,随着海外铁路市场的兴起,广袤的非洲大地成为铁路建设的热土。本文以新建尼日利亚铁路现代化项目拉各斯(Lagos)至伊巴丹(Ibadan)段方案为例,结合项目功能定位、通道能力适应性、城市建设规划发展等因素,从技术、经济、运营等多方面进行综合比选分析,科学选择技术经济合理的最佳方案。
With the rise of the overseas railway markets in recent years,the vast land of Africa has become an ideal place for railway construction. This paper offered an optimum scheme of technical and economical rationality,and it was scientifically selected through comprehensive comparison and analysis from many aspects like technology,economical efficiency and operation for Nigerian Railway Modernization Project： Lagos-Ibadan,considering such factors as project functional orientation,channel capacity and adaptability,city construction planning and development.
