摘要
大跨度钢桁梁的架设是桥梁施工过程中的重点与难点工序。本文结合宁启铁路复线滁河特大桥主跨钢桁梁拼装与架设的具体情况,并参考传统钢桁梁浮拖工法的优缺点,首次提出两次拼装、两次拖拉、整孔浮拖的施工方案。结合这一方案,对施工过程中钢桁梁的变形和应力进行了分析,确保了钢桁梁在施工过程中的力学性能满足要求。研究成果对类似桥梁工程的施工,具有一定的指导意义。
Erection of long span steel truss girder is the key and difficult procedure in the process of bridge construction. In this paper,the construction scheme of twice assembly,twice pulling and floating-hauling of whole span was put forward for the first time,combining with the assembling and erection of steel truss girder of Chuhe extra-large bridge in Nanjing-Qidong double track railway,and the advantage and disadvantage of floating-hauling method for traditional steel truss girder were also used as a reference. According to this scheme,the deformation and stress of steel truss girder during the construction were analyzed,and the mechanical properties of the steel truss girder were ensured. The research results had a certain guiding significance for the construction of similar bridge projects.
