摘要 依托国内首例长距离大坡度煤矿斜井盾构隧道工点,分析盾构穿越煤系地层安全防治风险,提出瓦斯侵入途径及分布特征、盾构掘进施工可能发生的危害等防范重点与因素,并针对性提出盾构设备适应性配置、盾构掘进安全技术措施,可实现煤系地层盾构施工安全、快速掘进。 Relying on the first domestic tunnel project for long distance and big slope coal mine,this paper analyzed the safety control risk of the shield passing through coal measure strata,and put forward the key points and factors,containing gas invasion pathway and its distribution characteristics,possible hazards of shield tunneling construction. Additionally,the paper also put forward the adaptability configuration of the shield equipment and safety technical measures for shield tunneling. The construction safety and rapid excavation of shield tunneling in coal measure strata could be realized.
